WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO MAKE SURE THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED TO OUR CUSTOMERS ARE IN THE BEST CONDITION.


Please check the package before you sign for. If the product is not in good condition, please do not sign for it. Then please ask some certificate (such as the picture of the damaged goods) from express company, and contact us immediately. We will contact the express company to deal with it. We are not responsible for item lost, content damaged after signed for.


1. Return And Full Refund


Products with quality problems, if notified in 24 hours (from the date products were received) can be refund and replaced.
Customer will need to send the products back to us (we will take responsiblity for the shipping cost you ship back to us), when we receive the products, we will reship a replacement to you or give you a full refund (including the shipping cost you ship the parcel back ot us).


2. Replacement


Products with quality problems, if notified within 7 days (from the date products were received) can be refund and replaced.
Customer will need to send the products back to us (we will not take responsiblity for the shipping cost you ship back to us), when we receive the products, we will reship a replacement to you or give you a refund of the products.
